Running Errands

Its a very warm memorial day weekend, and I had lots of errands to run, with a slight chance of having to stop by the office. Opted for a navy shirt dress, brown sandals and slicked my hair back in a ponytail.

No stardom for me, after all

Remember this post? A girl from highschool contacted me about being a stand in for an actress.

Turns out, it really was Reese Witherspoon...and, that I'm too tall! I've always been too short, and now I missed out on the opportunity of a lifetime. Bummer! This was the message I received back:

Oh my goodness, you might actually be an inch too tall! Thanks for the info. Life's good, just finishing up my master's thesis and working at Central casting in D.C. I'll keep your height in mind as we search for a photo double for Reese Witherspoon. Will let you know if we need you!

Stardom?

I just received a Facebook message from a girl I knew in highschool. It says:

Random question, but how tall are you? If you're in the DC area, I think you would make a good stand-in for one of the actresses that's working on a film coming to town next month. Let me know, thanks!

Oh, please let me be the right height! How awesome would it be to stand in for someone like Reese Witherspoon?!
